These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dispatch Copilot Chrome extension (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright, anti-spam, and data protection laws).

Content

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, images, and email messages (the "Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the Content you make available through the Service.

Accounts

You may need to create an account, or to connect a third-party account such as Gmail or Outlook, to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to your own account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

Email Access

The Service includes an in-extension email inbox and email-sending functionality that connects to your Gmail or Outlook account.

Reading email

We will only request access to read your email when you choose to connect your account, and solely to display your inbox, conversations, and messages within the Service. We will not store your email content or recipient information beyond what is necessary to provide this feature, and we will not share or sell any of your email data to any third party.

Sending email

We will only send emails on your behalf when explicitly prompted by you through the Service, such as by clicking a "send" button. We will not send any emails without your explicit action.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to access and send emails through the Service on behalf of your own account. You agree to use the email functionality only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service to read or send emails. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dispatch Copilot, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this agreement or your Dispatch Copilot account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Service and disconnect any connected email accounts.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms indicates your acceptance of such changes.
