Which load boards are supported?
Dispatch Copilot currently works inside DAT One, with support for additional load boards planned.
Does it work with both Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. You can connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts — as many as you need — and choose which one each load is sent from.
Which browsers are supported?
Dispatch Copilot runs on Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Brave.
Do I have to give access to my email?
To send and track broker emails, you connect a mailbox using secure OAuth. We only request the access the workflow needs and never see your email password.
Is my data secure?
Traffic is encrypted in transit and your mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell your data. See the Security & privacy section for details.
