The email button isn't showing
What to check when the email button is missing from load rows.
The email button appears when you hover over the company cell of a load row. If it's missing, work through these checks.
Checklist
- Make sure you're on the DAT One search-loads page
- Confirm you're signed in — open the extension popup and check
- Refresh the load board page so the extension re-injects its tools
- Check that you have at least one connected mailbox
Still missing?
- Make sure the extension is up to date on the Chrome extensions page
- See the extension isn't loading
