Connect a Gmail account
Link a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to Dispatch Copilot.
Connecting Gmail lets you send broker emails from your Google account.
Steps
- Open the extension popup and go to Home
- Click Connect Gmail
- Choose the Google account you want to connect
- Review and approve the requested permissions
- You'll be returned to Dispatch Copilot once it's linked
Google Workspace
If your company uses Google Workspace and the connection is blocked, your admin may need to allow third-party apps. Share email permissions explained with them so they know exactly what we request.
If the connection doesn't complete, try reconnecting the mailbox.
