Send your first email
Reply to a broker in one click, straight from the load board.
Once your inbox is connected, you can email a broker without leaving the load board.
Steps
- Open DAT One and hover over any load row
- Click the email button that appears on the company cell
- Review the pre-filled message — origin, destination, rate and equipment are already filled in
- Adjust the text or pick a template if you like
- Click Send
The email goes out from your connected mailbox and Dispatch Copilot starts a tracked thread so you can follow up from the unified inbox.
